We offer event highlight photography and videography services, and have served various government and private institutions, private companies, universities, and primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong. With rich shooting experience, we are not only familiar with the characteristics and focus of cultural and artistic events , but also can express a dignified and solemn sense of ceremony.
In the process of recording, we focus on and are skilled at capturing the atmosphere and rhythm of the environment, as well as the characteristics of the personnel on site, and strive to record every important moment. We hope to present the event, scenes, and interactions of the participants appropriately through visual images.
In addition, our photographers are flexible on handling the lens, and equipped with high-quality shooting equipment and editing programs, which help bring the best visual effects to the recordings. If special shooting equipment is required, please contact us for pricing information.
Meanwhile, we also offer video editing and post-production service for our clients, assisting in controlling the content, overall pacing, and style of the final product.
Bookings for scheduling are on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the service details are confirmed, a minimum of 30% of the basic fee must be paid as a deposit at least 7 days prior to the scheduled work. Upon receiving the payment, we will reserve the slot for you. We understand that some companies, organizations, or groups may have difficulty making the deposit in advance. If necessary, we can be flexible and arrange for a waiver of the deposit. Additionally, we can issue official company invoices and receipts upon request. Thank you!

▉ Retouched photos are basically edited for lighting, toning and straightening.
▉ An additional 100% of the service fee will be charged for obtaining all RAW files or transferring the copyright of the photos.
▉ An additional HK$250 per hour will be charged per staff member for overtime work. (Any fraction of an hour will be counted as a full hour).
▉ An additional HK$200 will be charged for delivering outputs stored on a USB with Hongkong Post registered packet.
▉ An additional 10%, 15%, 30%, 50%, and 100% of the service fee will be added for express production in 5 days, 4 days, 3 days, 2 days, 1 day, and same day respectively after the event.
▉ An additional HK$200 per staff member will be charged for work starting before 09:00 and ending after 23:00; and an additional HK$400 per staff member will be charged for ending after 01:30.
▉ An additional HK$500 per staff member will be charged for work starting on public holidays.
▉ An additional HK$300 per staff member will be charged for same-day door-to-door service.
▉ An additional fee for door-to-door service to remote areas may be required (about HK$100-400 per staff member).
▉ Any other special requirements may result in an increase in the total price of the project.
