Bookings for scheduling are on a first-come, first-served basis.  Once the service details are confirmed, a minimum of 30% of the basic fee must be paid as a deposit at least 7 days prior to the scheduled work.  Upon receiving the payment, we will reserve the slot for you and provide you with a receipt.  We understand that some companies, organizations, or groups may have difficulty making the deposit in advance.  If necessary, we can be flexible and arrange for a waiver of the deposit.  Additionally, we can issue official company invoices upon request.
